Community Engagement

Planning Applications are not always gladly received by local communities. This is sometimes simply due to a lack of understanding, information and
communication.

To counter this, at Planning Matters we integrate consultation and local engagement into our process. In advance of lodging applications we aim to enter constructive dialogue with neighbours and the surrounding community to quickly identify needs and address perceived problems.

We also seek to understand the needs of the various organisations and groups within the community to ensure that any development which we propose will have a positive impact within that community.
